0 to 30 are valid for NTSC.
0 to 33 are valid for PAL.
0 to 32 depending on window length.

0 to 14 are valid for NTSC.
0 to 17 are valid for PAL.
0 to 32 depending on window length.

0 to 7 are valid for NTSC.
0 to 8 are valid for PAL.
0 to 32 depending on window length.
