• Before closing the lid of the outdoor sensor, make sure the inner and outer O-rings (blue
colour) are properly inserted into the grooves of the lid. See the section “Installation” >
“Prepare Outdoor Sensor” > “Important notes on preventing water ingress”.
• Close the lid by turning the lower casing of the outdoor sensor according to the “

marking indicator

. Tighten until the arrows (lid locking indicators) on both the lid and the
lower casing are well aligned.
After changing a channel on the outdoor sensor, press the
RESET
button
(E)
on the
outdoor sensor to activate that channel.

Important notes on preventing water ingress
The outdoor sensor is designed to be waterproof and placed in water for water temperature
measurement. Observe the following points when you assemble the outdoor sensor, so that
water can be prevented from entering inside.
