3. Intended Use
The weather station is used to display indoor/outdoor temperatures as well as time and date.
Alarm with snooze function is also integrated. The weather station can store indoor/outdoor
temperatures for the past 12 hours, and maximum/minimum indoor and outdoor temperatures.
The weather station comes with a wireless outdoor sensor which is designed to be placed in a
pool for water temperature measurement. Data measured by the outdoor sensor is transmitted
to the weather station. The weather station and outdoor sensor are each powered by two type
AA batteries (not included).
The included sensor has an ingress protection rating of IPX7 and can be submerged in water
up to 1 meter deep.
This weather station also works with RCC sensor (Item No. 2144006) which is sold sepa rately.

The weather station is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with
moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use
the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In
addition, improper use can result in short circuits, fires, or other hazards. Read the instructions
carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this product available to third parties only together
with its operating instructions.
