c) Pairing
For the weather station to receive data from the outdoor sensor, the weather station should be
paired with the outdoor sensor.
Pairing is required when you use the weather station for the first time, or you reset the device
or reload batteries.
• Make sure both weather station and outdoor sensor are powered on by inserting the battery.
• In normal time mode, press the or

to match the channel number displayed on the outdoor sensor.
• Press the

on the back of the weather station to start searching for a
signal from the outdoor sensor. During searching, the searching symbol

• Once the weather stations is paired with the outdoor sensor, the signal reception strength
symbol
and outdoor temperature reading

are displayed on the weather station.

To avoid pairing failure, power on the outdoor sensor first, then power on the weather
station and press the

d) Outdoor Sensor Location
Before placing the outdoor sensor in a pool, make sure the lid is completely tightened.
See the section “Installation” > Prepare Outdoor Sensor” > “Important notes on
preventing water ingress”.
• Place the outdoor sensor in a pool within 30 meters from the weather station.

Let the outdoor sensor float in water. You may also tie the outdoor sensor using the eyelet
