After one of the commands listed below is sent, the requested data are provided via the IO-Link Gateway. The reply message
always consists of 8 bytes in big endian format.

1) The read value is the internal operating temperature in the device. This value can exceed the ambient temperature. The device enters the fault state when the internal operating temperature exceeds 80 °C.
