The unit will be ready for configuration. It is locked
again after 10 minutes, and at reset.

(0=low, 1=high)
Low DO status is <0.5V 0.1mA, High DO Status is
>2.5V 0.1mA. External Circuitry capable of detecting
these signals is required to switch external devices
ON/OFF.
ETS(X:DO=0)TAY
Set I/O pin No X to digital output, set pin level for
a specified time period.
Time specified as Y seconds, after this the level
reverts to the other option (low/high).
