System Configuration
CM1N (RMDP-1N) configuration is dependent upon system
requirements and design. All CM1N (RMDP-1N)’s have a CM1N
(RMDP-1N) CPU card (P/N 130073/1) installed in connector P4.
CM1N (RMDP-1N) system communication specifications govern the
type of communications card installed in connector P3 of the CM1N
(RMDP-1N). Wiring to CM1N (RMDP-1N) terminal strip TB1 is
dependent on the type of communications card installed, and may be
found on the COMM-3 RS-485/RS-232C communications card (P/N
130080) or the COMM-3S serial communications card (P/N 130144).
Two option cards may be installed in the CM1N (RMDP-1N) in
connectors P5 and P6. Details on option card programming and
termination’s of CM1N (RMDP-1N) terminal strips TB2, TB3, and TB4
may be found on each modules technical data sheet.
Programming Notes
The CM1N (RMDP-1N) panel configuration menu (menu selection “3”)
in the data entry program should be set as “supervised” power supply.
Additional control modules should be set as “unsupervised” power supply
when connected to the same power supply as the CM1N (RMDP-1N).
