Network Controllers Manual
Application
The CM1N(RMDP-1N) is designed to provide the master control
function for single line IRC-3 network systems of up to 3,072 points.
Each single line network must have a CM1N(RMDP-1N). The
CM1N(RMDP-1N) provides 32 panel addresses; 56 addresses with “X”
option, and 16 addresses with the “L” option. A variety of network
communication formats are available to meet many applications. The
system provides true networked operation, with copies of system
definitions and operating instructions located at strategic locations
throughout the network.
A variety of option modules are available to customize the function of
each CM1(N). Available modules include:
• Network Communications Cards
• Intelligent Analog Sensor and control cards
• Supervised Input Cards
• Supervised Audio, Control and Signal Circuits
Additional space for option cards may be added to the network by adding
CM2(N) series.
