In order to adjust/calibrate zone’s temperature, please find the item called ‘tx’ (where ‘x’ is
the zone number) and adjust it based on a measurement, taken with a high precision ther-
mometer.
Esco Medical recommends to use ONLY the YSI 4610 thermometer equipped with a 4611
probe.
To achieve precision, the measurement device must be very responsive and accurate.
Calibration of temperature is done by adjusting the ‘tx’ according to the measure-
ment done on a spot.
After temperature adjustment, allow the temperature to stabilize at least for 15
minutes, then verify the correct temperature on each zone with a thermometer.
Tape the 4611 probes to the middle of the zone. It may be necessary to perform
iterations before the zone is completely calibrated.
Be careful when changing the calibration settings only to change the value corresponding to
the place where the measurement is performed. Give the system some time to adjust.
There is virtually no crossover heating between the table plate zones when their
temperatures are adjusted within 0.5
o
C. When temperature differences are more sig-
nificant, the hotter zone will affect the colder one.

Note: (the procedure is the same for T1-T12)
After measuring with a quality thermometer, it has been noted that T1 is 37.4
o
C.
Locate T1 in the sub-menu:
Press and hold the SP key. This display will show:
