Menu system
The Driver Information System is easy to
use thanks to its menu system.
There is a main menu for each of the
following main functions:
FM (FM band)
AM (AM band)
XM
®
(Satellite Radio)
DISC (audio CD, MP3 CD, audio/video
DVD and video CD)
AUX (iPod
®
mobile digital device, USB
memory stick and AUX signal source)
PHONE (
Bluetooth
®
handsfree)
INFO (vehicle and system settings as
well as various vehicle status displays)
Navigation
Composition of the main menu
The main menu for a main function
comprises at most the following three user-
control areas:
Main menu
Content area
Options menu
It also contains the following two non-user-
control areas:
Top status line
Bottom status line

Operating the Driver Information System
while driving could cause accidents due to
lack of attention to the road.
Operate the system with the vehicle
parked. Some functions of the system
are disabled when vehicle is in motion.
The system is fully functional only when
the vehicle is parked.
Minimize the time looking at the display.
