EXECUTION MODE
Normal Mode
PROCEDURE
1. Turn on the printer.
2. Load the media for adjustment.
3. Start the service program and select Manual Uni-D Adjustment .
4. Click the [Run] button.
5. Select the following menu items from the control panel.
Media Setup Customize Settings 0 RIP Settings
6. Set [1.5] in Platen Gap .
7. Set [0.2mm] in Head Alignment and press the [OK] button.
8. Select [Manual (Uni-D)] and press the [OK] button, then the adjustment pattern
will be printed.
9. Select the pattern with the fewest printed lines and check the number.
10. Input the numbers selected in Step 9 and press the [OK] button .
When the entries are complete, the printer goes back to "Ready".
11. Click the [OK] button on the POPUP screen of the service program.
CHECKING THE ADJUSTMENT RESULT
1. Select the following menu items from the control panel.
Media Setup Customize Settings 0 RIP Settings
2. Set [1.5] in Platen Gap .
3. Set [0.2mm] in Head Alignment and press the [OK] button.
4. Select [Manual (Uni-D)] and press the [OK] button, then the adjustment pattern
will be printed.
5. Confirm the adjustment result (the pattern with the fewest printed lines) is around
"4".
6. Input the numbers selected in Step 5 and click the [OK] button to confirm it in all
the entries in the same way. When all entries are complete, the printer goes back to
"Ready".

By clicking the [OK] button on the program, the adjusted results
are also applied to media 1-30.
