This pin inputs the transfer clock when an external clock is used.

The UART input/output pins (SIN, SOUT, SCLK) are shared with the I/O ports (P23, P24, P25) and they are
initialized as general-purpose I/O port pins by default. Before using these pins for the UART, the pin functions must
be switched using the P2_PMUX register. Set the control bits shown below to 1 to configure the pins for the serial
interface.
