Main Unit Disassembly/Reassembly

Confidential

Main Board Assy.

1. Disconnect the 13 connectors from the Main Board Assy.
2. Release the cables from the Wire Clamps.
3. Remove the five screws.

A) Silver / M3x6 / S-Tite: Five pieces

4. Disconnect the 3 connectors from the Main Board Assy.
5. Disengage the hook and remove the Main Board Assy. together with the Main Board Assy.

6. Remove the five screws and Shield.

A) Silver / M3x6 / S-Tite: Five pieces

When replacing the Main Board Assy. with a new one, make sure to remove the
nonvolatile memory chip from the old board and insert it into the IC socket on the new
board. Be careful not to insert the chip upside down . Doing so can damage the chip.
