2.3 Vertical placement
Standard controller placement is horizontal. In the event that vertical placement is un-
avoidable, please do so following the points below.
1) Use the left side as the new bottom (see figure below).
2) Remove the four legs mounted on the original bottom. Remove them by inserting a
flat screwdriver between the bottom and the legs.
3) Insert the legs into the four holes on the left side. Be sure to use the legs and not set
the controller directly on the floor. You may remove the bottom-side mounting
bracket if it is in the way.
4) The top surface (corresponding to the right side when the controller is placed horizon-
tally) has two holes. Using some type of lid, be sure to cover the holes to prevent wa-
ter or metal shaving penetration.
5) Placing the controller vertically is inherently unstable. Use the mounting bracket to
mount the controller to prevent it from tipping over.
