5 Bending
5.1
Bending instruction
Apply the material so that all 3 rolls are
touched at the same time (Pic 1).
Observe that the material lays parallel to the
bottom.
This position is called
„0-position“

Move the upper rolls downwards (Pic. 2).
Adjust it the way you have to use the power
that is necessary to bend the material.
If are too powerful, you may damage the
material and do not achieve the desired
bending radius.

You can move the rolls forwards and back
with the foot pedal (Pic. 3) to achieve in a few
runs the correct bending radius.
If the bending radius becomes too large,
move the upper roll downwards and repeat
the working actions.
If the bending radius becomes too small,
move the upper roll upwards and repeat the
working actions.
