4 Handling
4.1
Safety
Only use the machine if the following conditions are achieved completely:
The machine is applied correctly
The machine is in a technical faultless condition
All safety devices are mounted correct and active
If failures during use encounter you, remove them immediately. Stop the machine
directly by a function failure and ensure it against undeliberate or unwarranted
resetting.
4.2
Materials and products
The machine is for processing of steel and not for processing flammable
or harmful compounds. The client is responsible for the choice of the
material. He also has to assure, that the safety of the personnel is
assured.
The material should agree with the following claims:
Dry and clean, oil - free
The diameter has to conform the information
The material should have a constant degree of hardness
We recommend you to buy materials of high quality
The surface of the material should be flat
4.3
Electrical connection
The electrical connection only may be accomplished by a qualified expert.
In special cases a reverse can lead to a blowing of the motor. To avoid
this you have to assure that the turning direction of the pictured direction
of arrow is the same like the electrical connection of the manufacturer. It
also can be checked, whether the roller turning direction is accordant to
the actuation of the pedals.
Right pedal:
turning direction right
Left pedal:
turning direction left
Potentially you have to reconnect the cables in contrarius turning
direction.
