Bending of closely radiuses
1. Screw the pressure roll as wide until you can insert the material (Pic. 1)
2. Apply the material so that all 3 rolls are touched at the same time.
Observe that the material lays parallel to the bottom.
This position id called
„0-position“
3. Extract the work part from the machine
4. Readjust the pressure roll as needed, but only max. until the lower edge of the work
part impacts the arbor middle in the 45° angle (Pic. 2)
5. Start the machine and insert the work part
6. Repeat this cycle whenever you have achieved the desired measure
