The following issues were resolved in 3.16.1e:

Fixed an issue where minor signal noise was detected when capturing from HDMI sources. Discovered 
through our ongoing, automated frame-by-frame testing, but not perceptible to the human eye, some 
frames captured from HDMI sources had an undesirable flicker that is resolved in this release.
