View network diagnostics
View network diagnostics
From the System menu using the touch screen and web interface, you can view network diagnostics for your
LiveScrypt device to help you troubleshoot connection issues. Diagnostics include:

If the network cable is connected.
l
Can the DNS be resolved.
l
Internet connection (HTTP/HTTPS) status.
l
Remote login connection status.
l
AV Studio connection status.
To view the network diagnostics:
1. Using the touch screen and web interface, select
Settings
.
2. From the
Settings
, select
System
. The System menu opens.
3. In the
Network
section, select
network diagnostics
.
4. (Optional) Select
Refresh
to refresh the diagnostics.
Power down and system restart
You can power down and restart the LiveScrypt device using the power button located on the rear panel.
