3.3.3.3 Cycles
The user selects the cycles to be completed regularly on the analyzer. It is possible to program cycle
periods of 01h., 03h., 06h., 12h. or 24h. or any cycle with 00h. The selection of the hour (hh:mn) at
the start is only possible for a 24h. cycle.
The
Dead Time
is associated with the Zero Reference cycle only. It corresponds to the time required
to purge the optical bench in zero air before calculating the gains and reference values. The
reference cycle is also followed by a new dead time, which makes it possible to obtain a
homogeneous concentration of samples in the optical bench.
Standard programming of the reference cycles:
- 03 H for the period
- 90 sec. for the duration
- 240 sec. for the dead time
NOTE :
The minimum duration of any cycle is 60 sec.
The
Last State
variable makes it possible to select the return mode when leaving the cycle.
- ON: return in mode preceding the cycle (Measurement, Zero or Span),
- OFF: systematic return in Measurement mode.
This variable applies to all the analyzer’s cycles.
TIG OPTION.
For the Zero and Span cycles, it is necessary to select the Probe or Analyzer mode.
For the Standard cycle, it is necessary to specify the solenoid valve connected to the span gas (EV1
to EV5).
