The measurement of the X
parameter is higher than the
threshold value.

Compare the measurement of the
X parameter with the threshold
value programmed in the
“Configuration / Limits and Relays”
menu.
Threshold control
–
The measurement is higher than the
threshold value and the analyzer is
in zero mode.
-
In the “Configuration / Limits and
Relays” menu, set the parameter
with a threshold value on the Zero
relay.
–
The problem is located in the H
2
O
channel. The analyzer works with a
SEC probe.
-
Problem with drying efficiency on
the SEC probe. Check the
following points:
-
A: Check the pressure of the
compressed air (4 bars) and the
efficiency of the ejector of the SEC
probe.
Check the flows in the SEC probe.
-
B: Check the Silicagel. A pinky
colour indicates a fault in the MDS
dryer.
-
C: change the Perma-Pure dryers.
–
The analyzer works with a dilution
module. The problem is located in
the H
2
O or CO
2
channel.
-
The threshold on H
2
O or CO
2
indicates a modification in the
dilution coefficient.
Check the following points:
-
A: Check the excess flow on the
flowmeter of the dilution module.
-
B: dismount and clean the dilution
module. Take good note of the
restrictors’ location .
Change the O-ring seals.
Control the rate of dilution by
making a calibration.
