DISPLAY CAUSE POSSIBLE ACTIONS
Analyzer flowrate
Flowrate check
–
The measured flowrate is inferior to
the threshold values (“Software /
Pressure / Flow" menu).
The threshold values are shown on
the control document.
For a connection with SEC Probe:
Flowrate check < 10 l/h
Flowrate check < 5 l/h
–
Compare the value of the flow
(“Test / Optical Bench” menu) with
the threshold values.
–
Proceed with the control operations
described in the maintenance
sheets:
–
A: Inspection of the flows
–
B: Cleaning of the restrictors
–
C: Inspection of the pump.
–
Control the flow with an auxiliary
flow-meter. If the flow is correct,
check the connection of the flowrate
sensor. If necessary, change the
flowrate sensor.
Analyzer pressure
Pressure check
–
Analyzer Pressure Alarm if the
measurement is higher than the
threshold value (“Software /
Pressure - Flow” menu).
–
Analyzer Pressure Check if the
measurement is lower than the
threshold value.
The threshold values are shown on
the control document.
–
Compare the Pressure value
(“Tests / Optical Bench” menu) with
the threshold value.
–
Using a dilution module, control the
efficiency of the ejector and adjust
the supply pressure.
–
Check the connection of the
pressure sensor in J16.
–
Check the fluid circuit.
High energy check
–
In measurement mode, the signals
are higher than the signals
memorized during the last Reference
(+ 10 % of the value).
The message is displayed after three
successive Zero Reference.
–
Check the signals and gains of each
measurement channel (“ Tests /
Optical Bench” menu) in
measurement and zero mode.
Identify the channel/s that cause the
problem.
–
Check the noise on the signal
detector.
–
The problem is located in the H
2
O
channel.
–
Check the tightness of the zero air.
–
Check the Silicagel. A pinky colour
indicates a fault in the MDS dryer.
