DIMM Upgrade for ADSL Operation
If you install the ADSL NIM, we recommend that you upgrade the Dual In-line Memory Module
(DIMM) card in the XSR to 64 MBytes. The standard DIMM of 32 MBytes can easily be upgraded
simply by disassembling the chassis, removing the existing DIMM, and installing a new DIMM.
To do so, follow the procedure described below.
1.
Unfasten the four screws holding the end caps to the chassis and remove as shown in
Figure 2-7
.
