Per la rimozione del piedino sarà necessario:
rimuovere la coppiglia a R (

, estrarre il perno a
maniglia (

) dalla sua sede e sfilare il piedino dal suo
supporto di attacco (

). Fatto ciò, ruotare in senso
antiorario il piedino (
9
) come mostrato in figura ed
inserirlo nuovamente nel suo supporto di attacco
(
10
). Inserire il perno a maniglia nella nuova sede
(
11
) e bloccarlo con la relativa coppiglia a R.
Nota:
in prossimità dell’attacco di traino, è stato
previsto un foro dove attaccare la catena di sicurezza
che dovrà poi essere assicurata al trattore.
L’applicazione di tale catena, non prevista nei Paesi
della Comunità Europea, è invece richiesta in tanti
altri, come ad esempio negli Stati Uniti.
Adeguamento al terreno delle stelle:
in
base all’altezza da terra del gancio di traino
del trattore, alcune stelle (anteriori o
posteriori) potrebbero non appoggiare a
terra. Per evitare questo inconveniente è
possibile intervenire sugli occhioni di traino
modificando il suo posizionamento.
Basterà quindi:
-
svitare completamente i dadi che
bloccano le due viti di fissaggio degli
occhioni, mostrati in figura;
-
estrarre le viti dalla loro sedi e spostare
gli occhioni di traino più in alto o più in
basso, come indicato in figura;
-
inserire nuovamente le due viti di fissaggio
e bloccarle con l’avvitamento dei relativi
dadi.
Collegamenti idraulici
La movimentazione dei due telai mobili e delle
stelle centrali supplementari (
kicker wheel
) per
predisporre il ranghinatore nella configu-
razione da trasporto o in quella da lavoro,
viene eseguito dalla movimentazione di
appositi martinetti idraulici.
To remove the bearing foot: remove the R cotter pin

the bearing foot out of its housing (

). Next, turn the
foot anti-clockwise (

), as shown in figure, and re-
insert it in its housing (

). Insert the handle pin in its
new seat (

) and fasten it by its R cotter pin.
Note:
Near the coupling point, there is a hole to place
the security chain that must also be secured to the
tractor. The application of this chain, is not required in
EU countries, but it is in many others, like the United
States.
Adaptation to ground of the wheels:
on the basis
of the height of the tractor tow hook from the ground,
any wheels (front or rear) can no
touch the ground. To avoid so, it is
possible to modify the position of the
drawbar eyes on its support. To do
so:
-
unscrew completely the nuts that
locking two fixing screws of the
drawbar eyes, shown in figure;
-
pull out the screws from their
seats and move the drawbar eyes
upward or downward, as shown in
figure;
-
re-insert two fixing screws and lock
them by tightening of the relative
nuts.
Hydraulic connections
The hydraulic cylinders serve to move
two mobile chassis and, if available, the
central kicker wheels, for setting up the
hay rake in its transport or working
configuration.
