1. Unscrew the float switch.
2. Remove it together with the cover and the pump.
3. Now fill the empty canister or replace it with a full one. Use a funnel when filling the
canister.
4. Place the cover with the pump and loose float switch onto the canister.
5. Screw the float switch into the canister.
9.3
Switching on
Familiarize yourself with the operation of the device before it is first switched on. In
particular please read the "Basic safety instructions" sections. After power-up, the device
performs a self-test and then goes to the measuring mode.
During the device startup phase, the relays and current outputs have an undefined
status for a few seconds prior to initialization. Watch out for possible effects on any
actuators which may be connected.

1. Switch on the supply voltage.
Wait for initialization.
2. Press
Language
. Set your language in the top menu item.
The device can now be operated in your chosen language.
