9.1.1
Preparing the device for transport
WARNING
Risk of damage to health due to improper decontamination!
Perform a professional and documented decontamination of the device before return-
ing it to Analytik Jena. The decontamination protocol is provided by the service when
the return is registered. Analytik Jena must refuse acceptance of contaminated devices.
The sender may be liable for any damage caused by inadequate decontamination of
the device.
CAUTION
When packaging the InnuPure C16
touch
, two persons are required to lift the device by
holding onto the bottom of the device.
ATTENTION
Use the transport packaging recommended by AJ for packaging. Only this provides op-
timum protection of the InnuPure C16
touch
against transport damage.
The transport box consists of a pallet floor, two short and two long side panels and a
lid.
The individual parts are connected using clamping brackets
that are inserted in the recesses at the edges of the side parts.
The brackets have a long and a short end and can be installed
in only one way.
The tool required to remove the brackets is bolted on the
transport box.
Unscrew the tool to disassemble the box. Screw the tool back
on the box after assembly of the box.
