6.7.6 Selecting the time zone / adapting daylight
You can select the system time according to the local time zone. The time zone is se-
lected on the G
ENERAL
page.

list.

The time zone has been updated.
For automatic adjustment of the daylight saving time, activate the option A
DAPT
DAYLIGHT AUTOMATICALLY
on the G
ENERAL
page. Note: This option is not available for all
time zones.
6.8 Managing data
Notice
The operating system of the tablet with IP extract is a closed system. The tablet has no
active antivirus protection. The user is responsible for the safety of the USB Memory
Stick!
The IP extract program features a data management that supports the exchange of
data between the tablet and a USB Memory Stick.
The following data formats are available in IP
extract :
Extension File type
*.ipt Extraction run template
*.ipp Project file with information contained in the template used for the extrac-
tion run and the log data.
*.csv Files with sample layouts
*.pdf Print reports of templates and projects
*.txt Log data of the heating test
On the tablet, all data are saved on the local user folder. In this folder, you can create
as many subfolders as you want using the Data function.

