Communication Error

Lost communication with the Remote Display Module (RDM)

when configured.

SA

Stall Alarm

Actuator failed to move within 8 seconds after commanded by
either local or remote controls.

LE

Local ESD

Hardwired Local Emergency Shut Down is active.

PH

Phase Alarm

Loss of one phase when configured for 3-Phase.

EF

Encoder Failed

Failure of either the position or torque encoders.

AF

Actuator Failed

A fault is detected by hardware electronics fault monitor.
This is a non-recoverable condition that requires actuator service.

OL

Motor Overload

Motor thermals or motor overload relay has tripped.

LC

Lost Control Voltage

Loss of power to the motor control circuits. The control voltage
supply has an automatic resetting fuse.

NOTE:

Over torque alarm is displayed by dedicated LED. See Operational Display section above.
