Possible remedies
Er 47
Controller overheated.
Switch off unit, and allow to cool. Elmasonic Med
120–900: Check that the blower is clean and
working correctly. Remove obstructions from
below the unit.
Er 70
Setup fault.
Reset the unit to factory settings.

Contact the service centre or the manufacturer in the following cases:
• The measures described here do not remedy the faults.
• The faults recur or recur repeatedly, even after performing the following measures:
– Disconnect the unit from the mains power, then reconnect and restart the unit after approx. one
minute.
– The unit has been reset to factory settings.
• The fault number displayed is not listed here: Make a note of the fault number; the unit must be
repaired at the factory.

Empty the unit completely, and clean and disinfect it thoroughly before sending it for
repair.

Faulty network cable
Electric shock or damage to the unit

Check the network cable regularly for damage.

Keep the unit and tank clean and dry to prolong its service life. Regularly remove all dirt
residues and accumulated dust from the blower.
Replace the network cable:
ü
The network cable or plug contacts are visibly damaged.
◦ Replace damaged network cables immediately. Specification: Wire cross section at least 1.0 mm²
for approved voltages up to 250 V~.

The network cable has been replaced.
Clean the enclosure:
ü
The enclosure is dirty.
ü
The network cable is unplugged.
◦ Wipe all surfaces using a damp cloth.
WARNING! Do not spray the outside of the unit with water.

The enclosure has been cleaned.
Clean the tank:
ü
The tank is full of limescale or dirty.
