power, increasing it by 10W for each press of the
right button and decreasing it by 10W for each
press of the left button. The unit will adapt in
order to keep the power constant with the chan-
ge in the speed.
If the required power cannot be correctly delive-
red by the roller (for example, if a low power is
required with a high speed or vice versa), the
power on the display will start flashing (OUT OF
RANGE signal). In this case it is advisable to
change the speed or power.
The value will return stable when a speed com-
patible with the required power is reached.
By pressing the middle button it is possible to
change the screen cyclically, displaying the fol-
lowing screens:
- current values screen
This screen displays the following values:
Note: the power can be changed only from this
screen.
- average values screen
This screen displays the following values:
- maximum values screen
This screen displays the following values:
- total average values screen
This screen displays the following values:
To stop the training session press (long press, 3 seconds)
the middle button of the cycle computer.
LEVEL MODE
In this mode it is possible to vary the resistance level of
the roller. This enables the simulation of situation similar
to that experienced on the road, therefore the power
depends on the rider’s speed. There are 16 different resi-
stance levels. To select this mode, select LEVEL in the
main menu using the side buttons and confirm the selec-
tion with the middle button. The main screen of the trai-
ning will be displayed, where the current speed, cadence
and heart-rate values are shown.
Using the side buttons the resistance level can be varied,
increasing it with each press of the right button and
decreasing it with each press of the left button. The selec-
ted level is displayed by means of an indicator at the bot-
tom of the screen. Press the middle button to change the
screen, cyclically displaying the following screens:
