Description
The longitudinal folding system comprises the following elements:
• 7 detectors ‘DP1’, ‘DP3’, ‘DP4’, ‘DP5’, ‘DP6’, ‘DP7’ and ‘DP22’.
• 1 clutch ‘E1’ to control the folding arm.
• 3 contactors ‘KM10’ and ‘KM11’ to control the motor of the rear ejection.
• 1 relay ‘KA9’ to feed the clutch.
• 1 back-geared motor ‘M4’ to eject the linen toward the back of the machine.
• 1 buzzer ‘H411’ to inform the presence of linen stuf
fi
ng in the machine.
The DP1 photocell (detection of linen on feeding table) is mounted on the feeding table. It is
accessible in front of the machine under the feeding table.
The DP7 photocell (detection of linen in outlet of the ironing cylinder) is mounted at the outlet
of the ironing cylinder under the feeding table. It is accessible in front of the machine under the
feeding table.
The DP1 inductive detector (counting system) is mounted in the left casing and is accessible by
removing the left side frame.
The DP3 (front) and DP4 (rear) inductive detectors of the folding arm are mounted beside the
axis of rotation of the folding arm. They are accessible by removing the left side frame.
The DP22 inductive detector (position of ejection roller) is mounted in the left casing beside the
ejection roller. It is accessible by removing the left side frame.
The DP5 inductive detector (position of receipt tray) is mounted in the left casing beside the jack
of the receipt tray. It is accessible by removing the left side frame.
The KM10, KM11 contactors and the KA9 relay are mounted in the electric cabinet. They are
accessible by removing the left side frame.
The E1 clutch is mounted in the left casing beside the folding arm. It is accessible by removing
the left side frame.
The M4 back-geared motor (linen ejection) is mounted in the left casing. It is accessible by
removing the left side frame.
