The Nexus® 1262/1272 meter will 

NOT

supply power for the optional external displays or the

Output modules. 

You must use an additional power supply, such as the EIG PSIO.

The wiring is

the same for all the units.  The only difference between the Output modules and the displays is that

the port is on the side of the Output module (see Figure 6.13), while the displays have the port on

the back.

See Chapter 5 for communication details.  See Figure 5.11 for wiring details.
