3.8.4.  Correction of program for departments.

To correct the set department values just turn the mode key to the „P“ position. Press the selected depart-

ment button and start the programming of the departments (chapter 3.8.1.).

3.8.5.  Printing of the department values.

Check department programmed values by pressing the 

Q

 button in the department programming mode. If

in other than programming mode, press the button of one of the departments and then the 

Q

 button.

3.9.  Sales unit programming.

The sales unit can be assigned to each PLU. It is possible to program 8 sales units, each

up to 3 characters. Use hexadecimal and alphabetical table for programming.

3.9.1.  Sales units programming

Turn the key to  „

P

“ position and press the keytop 

S

. The number of sales unit will appear on the first line of

the display and the name of the sales unit in the second line will appear on the display. Enter hexadecimal
codes for the name of a new sales unit and press 

V

. Afterwards the ECR is ready to program the next

sales unit. If you have made a mistake, pressing the keytop 

H

 

(Clear) 

the previous character is deleted and

you can correct it.  The sales unit can be ended anytime by pressing the keytop 

W
