treatment (inhalations, electrophoresis, magnetotherapy, etc.) are components of
treatment. In home conditions inhalations and a magnetotherapy by ALMAG device are
widely applied.
Magnetotherapy curative effect:
to increase micro-
circulation both in pulmonary, bronchial tree and tissue;
to improve sputum discharge (remove); to stimulate
regeneration and to stop the affection of a bronchial tree.
Procedure.
Treatment is to be started in the sub-
acute period or disease attack subside with the purpose of
prophylaxis. The area of exposure is bronchus. (see fig
26). Exposure assembly unit of the device is bent in two
at the angle of 90°, the patient lies on it, the device is
located between shoulders. Procedure time is 10-15
minutes twice a day. The course of treatment is 10 days.
In the case of chronic bronchitis the course of treatment
is 18 day.
CHRONIC PNEUMONIA
Chronic pneumonia
is a recurrent lungs inflammation with the affection of all
structural pulmonary elements. The risk factors are: chronic bronchitis, often acute
respiratory virus diseases, immunodeficiency state, action of unfavorable natural factors.
Symptoms: periodic temperature rise up low grade fever (37,5), cough with the
separation of muco- purulent sputum , sweating , dull ache in chest in the affected area.,
rough breath. Complicated with chronic bronchitis and lungs emphysema, there is
appearing shortness of breath. Treatment at the acute disease clinical course is that as for
acute bronchial pneumonia. When the disease is in the subside phase, therapeutic physical
training and sanatorium-and-spa-treatment is indicated.
Curative effect as a result of use of traveling pulse magnetic field: to increase the
microcirculation in pulmonary tissue, including a bronchial tree; to improve the sputum
remove, to stimulate the regeneration and to stop the bronchial tree affection.
