Questa macchina è stata concepita e realizzata attraverso le più
moderne tecniche produttive; la Ditta costruttrice garantisce i propri
prodotti per un periodo di dodici (12) mesi dalla data di acquisto ad
eccezione dei prodotti per servizio professionale continuo, adibiti a
lavori per conto terzi, per i quali la garanzia è di tre (3) o sei (6) mesi dalla
data di acquisto.
CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
1)
La garanzia viene riconosciuta a partire dalla data di acquisto. La
Ditta costruttrice tramite la rete di vendita ed assistenza tecnica
sostituisce gratuitamente le parti difettose nel materiale, nelle
lavorazioni, nella produzione. La garanzia non contempla la sosti-
tuzione della macchina. La garanzia contrattuale non toglie all’ac-
quirente i diritti legali previsti dal codice civile contro le conseguen-
ze dei difetti o vizi causati dalla cosa venduta.
2)
Il personale tecnico interverrà nei limiti di tempo concessi da
esigenze organizzative e in ogni caso il più presto possibile, e
l'eventuale ritardo non potrà determinare richieste di risarcimento
dei danni nè prolungamento del periodo di garanzia.
3)
Per richiedere l'assistenza in garanzia è necessario esibire
al personale autorizzato il sottoriportato certificato di garan-
zia timbrato dal rivenditore, compilato in tutte le sue parti e
corredato di fattura d'acquisto o scontrino fiscale o altro
documento reso fiscalmente obbligatorio comprovante la
data di acquisto.
4)
La garanzia decade in caso di:
- Assenza palese di manutenzione
- Utilizzo non corretto del prodotto o manomissioni.
- Utilizzo di lubrificanti o combustibili non adatti.
- Utilizzo di parti di ricambio o accessori non originali.
- Interventi effettuati da personale non autorizzato.
5)
La Ditta costruttrice esclude dalla garanzia le parti soggette ad
un normale logorio di funzionamento.
6)
Le spese di spedizione, trasporto e manodopera sono a carico del
cliente.
7)
Eventuali danni causati durante il trasporto devono essere imme
diatamente segnalati al trasportatore pena il decadere della ga-
ranzia.
8)
Se guasti o rotture dovessero accadere nel periodo di garanzia
o dopo di esso il cliente non ha diritto di sospendere il pagamento
nè ad alcuno sconto sul prezzo.
9)
Per i motori di altre marche (Briggs & Stratton, Tecumseh, Kawasaki,
ecc.) montati sulle nostre macchine, vale la garanzia concessa dai
costruttori del motore.
10) La Ditta costruttrice non risponde di eventuali danni, diretti od
indiretti, causati a persone o cose da guasti della macchina o
conseguenti alla forzata sospensione prolungata nell'uso della
stessa.

d'avant-garde. Le constructeur garantit ses propres produits pendant
une période de douze (12) mois à partir de la date d'achat, de trois (3)
ou six (6) mois dans le cas d'un usage professionel continu ou de
service de location.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
1)
La garantie court à partir de la date d’achat. La Société constructrice
remplace gratuitement, à travers son réseau de vente et
d’assistance technique, les parties ayant des défauts de matériaux,
d’usinage et de production. La garantie n’envisage pas de remplacer
la machine.
La garantie contractuelle laisse à l’acheteur ses droits légaux,
prévus par le code civil contre les conséquences des défauts ou
des vices provoqués par le produit vendu.
2)
Le personnel technique effectuera les interventions le plus
rapidement possible et selon les exigences d'organisation.
Un éventuel retard ne pourra en aucun cas donner lieu à la
requête d'indemnisation ou de prolongement de la période de
garantie.
3)
Pour avoir droit à la garantie, vous devrez présenter au
personnel autorisé le certificat de garantie reporté ci dessou,
dûment rempli et revêtu du cachet commercial du revendeur,
ainsi que la facture d’achat, le ticket de caisse ou tout autre
document attestant la dated'achat.
4)
La garantie ne peut être accordée pour:
- dommages ou pannes provenant d'une utilisation anormale ou
faute de manutention;
- l’utilisation de lubrifiants ou combustibles de mauvaise qualité;
- de pièces ou accessoires n'étant pas d'origine;
- des interventions effectuées par du personnel non agréé.
5)
Les éléments de nos matériels considerés comme pièces d'usu-
re ne rentrent pas dans le cadre de la garantie contractuelle.
6)
Les frais de port et ou de main d'oeuvre sont à la charge du client.
7)
Les marchandises voyagent au risque et péril du client à qui
il appartient d'exercer tout recours à l'encontre du transporteur
dans les formes et délais légaux.
8)
En cas de déféctuosité ou panne de la machine intervenant
pendant la période de garantie ou après, le client ne peut
suspendre le paiement ou exiger une ristourne.
9)
Pour les moteurs types Briggs & Stratton, Tecumseh, Kawasaki,
etc. équipant les machines veuillez vous reférer aux clauses de
garantie émises par le constructeur du moteur.
10) Le constructeur ne saurait couvrir les dommages consécutifs,
directs ou indirects, causés aux personnes ou aux choses dus
aux pannes de la machine ou à des arrêts prolongés d'utilisation.
This machine has been designed and produced with the most advanced
technology. The manufacturer guarantees its products for twelve (12)
months from the date of purchase, with the exception of products for
continuous professional service, used for third parties, which are
guaranteed for three (3) or six (6) months from the date of purchase.
LIMITED WARRANTY
1)
Warranty is acknowledged as of the date of purchase. The
Company, through its sales and technical service network, re-
places parts that are defective in their material, manufacture and
production free of charge. Warranty does not contemplate replacing
the machine. Contract warranty does not affect the purchaser’s
legal rights required by the Statute against the consequences of
defects or flaws caused by the object sold.
2)
Product failures will be scheduled and repaired according to the
normal work flow; any possible delay can not lead to a claim for
damages nor to an extension of the warranty period.
3)
Claims under warranty will be accepted on submission to
your Authorized Service Dealer of the completed and duly
stamped Warranty Certificate below together with the original
purchase document stating the date of purchase.
4)
Warranty is not accepted in cases of:
- evident lack of maintenance;
- incorrect use of the machine or tampering;
- use of incorrect fuel and or lubricants;
- use of non-genuine parts;
- repairs made by unauthorized service people.
5)
The manufacturer excludes from the warranty those parts subject
to wear due to normal operation.
6)
Shipping / transportation charges and labour incurred in replacing
defective parts on warranty, shall be born by the purchaser.
7)
Claims for damages incurred during transportation have to be
immediately reported to the carrier; failure to do so will invalidate
the warranty.
8)
Should any failure occur during or after the warranty period.,
customer does have not the right to interrupt payment, nor to a
price discount.
9)
For engines of other brands assembled on our machines (Briggs
& Stratton, Tecumseh, Kawasaki, etc.), the warranty given by the
manufacturer is valid.
10) The manufacturer is not responsible for any direct or indirect
damage caused to persons or things by failures of the machine or
by a forced suspension in its use.
Dieses Gerät wurde entwickelt und hergestellt unter Verwendung der
modernsten Technologien. Der Fabrikant gewährleistet ihre Produkte
über eine Zeitdauer von zwölf (12) Monaten ab Erwerbsdatum ab. Die
Ausnahme hierzu bilden Produkte für den professionellen Dauerbetrieb
für Leistungen an Dritte; für diese Produkte ist der Garantieschutz
über drei (3) oder sechs (6) Monate ab Erwerbsdatum gewährleistet.
GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
1)
Die Garantie wird vom Datum des Kaufes an anerkannt. Die
Herstellerfirma ersetzt die Teile mit Material-, Verarbeitungs- oder
Produktionsfehler kostenlos durch das Verkaufs- und
Kundendienstnetz. Die Garantie umfaßt die Ersetzung der
Maschine nicht. Die vertragliche Garantie entbindet den Käufer
nicht von den vom Zivilgesetzbuch vorgesehenen Rechten gegen
Auswirkungen von Fehlern oder vom Verkaufsgegenstand
verusachten Schäden
2)
Produktionsfehler werden innerhalb üblicher Nacharbeitszeit
repartiert; begründete Verzögerungen verlängern die Garantiezeit
nicht.
3)
Garantiereklamationen werden nur anerkannt unter Vorlage
der nachstehenden Garantiekarte, die von Ihrem autorisierten
Fachhändler-Service-Betrieb ausgefüllt werden muß,
zusammen mit dem Lieferschein aus dem das tatsächliche
Kaufdatum ersichtlich ist.
4)
Keine Garantieleistung erfolgt bei:
- Vorliegen eines schweren Bedienungsfehlers falschem Einsatz
der Maschine oder unsachgemäßem Hantieren
- Verwendung von ungeeigneter Mischung und/oder Schmierung
- Verwendung von nicht original Ersatzteilen.
- Reparatur durch nicht autorisiertes Service-Personal.
5)
Keine Garantieleistung erfolgt bei den normalen Verschleißteilen.
6)
Kosten für Transport und Arbeitszeit, die beim Austausch von
defekten Teilen entstehen, werden durch den Käufer getragen.
7)
Transportschäden sind dem Transport-Unternehmen
unverzüglich zu melden. Unterlassung geht zu lasten der
Garantie.
8)
Tritt irgend ein Fehler während oder nach der Garantiezeit auf,
hat der Käufer nicht das Recht Zahlungen zurückzuhalten
oder Preisnachlass zu verlangen.
9)
Für Motoren anderen Hersteller, die in den Geräten eingebaut
sind (Briggs & Stratton, Tecumseh, Kawasaki, etc.), gewährt
der Hersteller die entsprechende Garantie.
10) Der Fabrikant kann nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden für
direkte oder indirekte Personen- oder Sachschäden, die durch
techn. Versagen des Gerätes oder unsachgemälße
Handhabung entstanden sind.
