PRIMA DI PROCEDERE CON IL RIEMPIMENTO DEL CIRCUITO NAFTA EFFETTUARE I

SEGUENTI CONTROLLI:

- Controllare il senso di rotazione del motore (nella versione trifase)

- Verificare che vi sia combustibile nel serbatoio
- I rubinetti delle tubazioni devono essere aperti
- La tubazione di ritorno del combustibile deve essere libera da occlusioni

Dopo aver effettuato i suddetti controlli, procedere nel modo seguente:
- Inserire un manometro di controllo pressione del combustibile
- Regolare il termostato delle resistenze a 0 °C
- Scollegare il cavo di alimentazione resistenze dal teleruttore motore ed isolarlo momentaneamente (fig.A)
- Disinserire l’apparecchiatura di controllo fiamma
Avviare il bruciatore ed agire manualmente sul teleruttore motore con un cacciavite, sino ad ottenere il
riempimento del circuito (fig. B). Nota: Il circuito potrà ritenersi riempito quando il manometro indicherà
una pressione costante di 16÷18 bar

Una volta riempito, spegnere il bruciatore, togliere tensione e ripristinare le condizioni iniziali
- Ricollegare il cavo di alimentazione delle resistenze.
- Riportare il termostato delle resistenze al valore di 120 °C
- Reinserire l’apparecchiatura di controllo fiamma

BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE FILLING OF THE OIL SYSTEM, CHECK THE

FOLLOWING POINTS:

- Motor’s direction of rotation (with 3 phase version)
- There must be fuel in the tank
- Fuel cocks must be open
- Fuel return piping must be free from obstructions

After having checked all the above items, proceed as follows:
- Connect a fuel pressure gauge
- Set the resistors thermostat to 0°C
- Disconnect the resistors power cable from the motor’s remote control switch, and insulate it temporarily
- Unplug the safety box
- Start the burner and manually operate the motor’s remote control switch until the oil system is filled up.
Note: the oil system can be considered filled when pressure gauge will show a constant reading of 16÷18 bar.

When done, shut off the burner, switch off power and restore initial conditions as follows:

- Reconnect resistors power cable
- Set the resistor’s thermostat to the initial value of 120 °C
- Plug in the control box

AVANT DE PROCEDER AU REMPLISSAGE DU CIRCUIT FIOUL LOURD EFFECTUER LES

CONTROLES SUIVANTS:

- Contrôler le sens de rotation du moteur (dans la version triphasée)
- Vérifier la présence de combustible dans le réservoir
- Vérifier que les robinets soient ouverts
- Vérifier que le retour du combustible dans le réservoir soit sans occlusions

Après avoir vérifié les points susdits, procéder de la manière suivante:
- Connecter un manomètre de contrôle de la pression du combustible
- Réguler le thermostat des résistances à 0 °C
