TROUBLESHOOTING
Before bringing the device to the repair centre, please check the cable wiring. Should problems continue even
after applying the recommendations shown in this table, refer to the nearest authorized service centre.
Symptom
Cause/Solution
No power
Check the wiring installation
The LCD shows errors or the device
does not react to pushed buttons
Press the RESET button.
Cannot tune a radio station
Make sure the antenna connection is correct.
Bad radio reception
Check the proper connection, or that the telescopic antenna
is extended. Check the integrity of the antenna, replace
a damaged antenna. The antenna is not properly grounded.
Make sure the antenna grounding is correct.
File information is shown on the LCD,
but the fi les cannot be played.
Refer to the music vendor for issues regarding fi les with copy
protection (DRM – Digital Rights Management).
