Step 9b. Install The Front Work Surface Support Frame (Model PL4842482 only)

Position the PL4842482 front work surface support frame on top of the motorized lift motors. Align the beveled holes in the
stiffener with the holes in the top of the lift motors. Attach the frame to the lift motors with (8) M6 x 14mm Allen flat head
machine screws. See figure 77.

Step 10. Install The Motorized Front Work Surface

This step only applies to corner sit-to-stand desks with motorized
front work surfaces (refer to column 5 in table 53). If your desk

has a manually counterbalanced front work surface, refer to step 11 to learn how to install the counterbalance mechanism.

Position the front work-surface on top of the work surface support brackets, aligning its mounting holes with the holes in the
brackets. When properly positioned, the rear edges of the work surface will be about 2” from the rear work surface. Attach
the front work surface with #10 x ¾” Phillips head wood screws. SOME SCREW HOLES MAY NOT BE ACCESSABLE UNTIL THE
DESK IS WIRES AND ELEVATED. IF SO, INSTALL THESE SCREWS LATER IN THE ASSEMBLY. DO NOT OMIT ANY SCREWS.
