To install the rail kit:

1.

Adjust the UPS control panel orientation by slightly pulling out the control panel and rotating it 90° 
counterclockwise (see Figure 4).

Recommended.

 Remove the UPS battery tray (see Figure 5):

- Remove the UPS front cover (six screws).

- Place the front panel above the UPS.

- Remove the two battery retaining brackets (four screws).

- Slightly pull the battery tray, then lift it to extract it.

NOTE

A ribbon cable connects the control panel to the UPS. Do not pull on the cable or 
disconnect it.
