The steps to turn on the device are as follows:
1. Switch on the system main input
2. Switch on UPS input circuit breaker on the power distribution module.
3. Switch on circuit breaker for the UPS’s battery
4. To start UPS, please refer to the manual to know how to turn on the UPS.
5. Switch on UPS’s output circuit breakers on the power distribution module.
6. Switch on PDU input circuit breakers on the power distribution module and the corresponding PDU is turned on.
7. Check if the user screen is on or not, (if it is off, turn on the DC Module switch on the back of the PDM) and
go to the user interface after the screen is turned on.
8. Go to the user settings interface and set the system language, time and address. See details
9. Enter the maintenance settings interface to set the installation time, serial number, system type, etc.
10. Switch on cooling input circuit breakers on the power distribution module.
11. Check the monitor display if cooling shows error or not. When normal, click the start button of the cooling unit
(A/C submenu à device detail à device control) to start the cooling unit
12. Go to the central user interface to check if the UPS is working properly.
13. Go to the environment subpage to check whether the access control, water leakage indicators are normal;
go to the cooling sub page to check if the cooler operation and the temperature of each cabinet are normal.
14. Go to the supervision warning page to check if there is any warning in the system, if so, find the reason and
delete the warning.
NOTES
There is no cooling actions if deploying the basic cabinet
4.3 Turning off the system
NOTES
Before shutting down, please make sure the user has been authorized to shut down, otherwise the user will not
be able to shut down the system
The steps to turn off the device are as follows:
1. Switch off the PDU circuit breaker on the power distribution module.
2. Press the turn off button in the monitoring section (A/C subsystemàdevice detail à device control), after waiting for
the compressor to have no output, turn off the cooling unit’s input switch on the power distribution module.
3. Turn off UPS and disconnect the UPS’s input and output switches on the power distribution module.
4. Disconnect the master switch controlling the system input.
NOTES
Do not turn off the system by turning off the power directly. This is to avoid damaging the cooler.
