7. Troubleshooting
The monitoring screen can display Alarms and history information during the system operation. This chapter
lists some warnings of the LCD system and the corresponding solutions. When the system give warnings or
malfunction alerts, please refer to the following table for inspection and troubleshooting. If the problem persists,
please contact Eaton’s customer service center.

When you need to report bugs, errors, or issues to Eaton’s customer service staff, please take note of and report
the following information:

Serial number of the Corresponding module (serial number of the monitoring module, serial number of the UPS,
serial number of the cooling)
•
Date of the incident
•
A complete problem description

Load exceeds specification
Reduce the load
Door ban warning
The cabinet door did not close properly
Check and close the cabinet door
The electronic lock’s wire is weak
Check if the wire system is good or not
The door is turned on due to the high temperature
of the air inlet
Find the cause of the high temperature and fix it
Water intrusion sensor
warnings
Leak in the drainpipe of the cooler or the
connection part
Repair the drainpipe or the cooler interface
Water intrusion warning sensor causes a short
circuit
Eliminate the cause of electrode short circuit
Smoke sensor warning
Damaged weight produces smoke
Check and repair loads
There is smoke in the engine room
Eliminate the source of smoke in the engine room
Fake warning about smoke sensor error
Replace smoke sensor
The temperature is too
high (temperature and
humidity)
Cabinet load capacity exceeds specification
Reduce or balance the cabinet load
There is no shield installed in the cabinet's spare
parts
Assembly the shield in the empty part of the cabinet
The air cooler's
temperature is too high
Overload system
Reduce the system load
The high temperature warning value of the cooler
is set too low
high temperature warning value of the returned air of the
cooler (the default value is 45 ° C)
