4.3.4.5.1 Incoming calls
In the initial state, press the callback key or navigate in the main menu to
Main menu\Call lists\Calls
(inbound)
to open the call list of inbound calls. If the call list is not empty, it appears as a consecutively numbered list
of two-line entries. The last-added, most recent entry always has the number 01, and is the selected entry after opening
the view, which is inversely displayed. Every entry includes the date and time of the call, an icon that represents the
connection status, and in the second line the name and/or phone number of the external subscriber.

keys, select the caller you want to call or call back and then press the redial key to start the
dialling process.
No matter whether you actually performed a callback or only looked at the call list, a missed call count that was
previously displayed in the initial state will be hidden after you have opened the call list of inbound calls.
4.3.4.5.2 Outbound calls
In the initial state, press the redial key or navigate in the main menu to

(outbound)
to open the call list of outgoing calls. If the call list is not empty, it appears as a consecutively numbered list
of two-line entries. The last-added, most recent entry always has the number 01, and is the selected entry after opening
the view, which is inversely displayed. Every entry includes the date and time of the call, an icon that represents the
connection status, and in the second line the name and/or phone number of the external subscriber.

4.4 Operation, messages/notifications in display
4.4.1 Icon (do not disturb activated)
This icon in the display’s viewing area indicates the activation of do not disturb. In the standard do not disturb setting,
incoming calls are not signaled acoustically; the device does not ring. To deactivate do not disturb, press the key when
the phone is in idle mode until the icon is hidden.
4.4.2 Icon
(missed calls)
This icon in the display’s viewing area shows the number of calls that you missed during your absence. Inspect the call
list of calls (inbound) to hide the display of missed calls. To do this, press the

key or navigate to the
Main menu\Call
lists\Calls (inbound).
