Assembling and Checking PROCESSOR Operation
[1] Assemble the PROCESSOR and check for correct operation.
[2] Check for correct operation of the DRYER RACK by processing 35.0 x 43.0 cm (14.0 x 17.0 in.) films.
Note
If the DRYER RACK bottom GUIDE SHOE causes film scratches or stubbing, do the following adjustments:
• for scratches, increase the distance approximately 0.10 mm (0.005) between the GUIDE SHOE and the “F”
ROLLER.
• for stubbing, decrease the distance approximately 0.10 mm (0.005 in.) between the bottom GUIDE SHOE and
the “F” ROLLER.
• after making the adjustment, check for film quality by processing the film. Do the above procedures again as
necessary, to minimize the film scratching or stubbing.
