When reading index 199, one byte is returned, this index can also be edited.
The status PLCLock value is fed back for all possible 16 channels via one word,
with one bit each representing the status of a channel:

Setting the bit means that the channel cannot be switched on or off via the control unit. This means that voltage is applied to the
output of the channel when the supply voltage is switched on (provided the channel has not tripped previously)
