ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
• Assemble the device in the identified order. Only use the provided tools
(73 + 74).
• Carry and move the device with at least two persons.
• Place the device on a firm, dry and level surface and protect it from
moisture and water.
• Place the device on a protective base to prevent damage to the
floor surface.
• Allow at least 100 cm of clearance around the device.
• Refer to the illustrations to know how to correctly assemble the device.
STEP 1:
Fix the front stabilizer (2) and rear stabilizer (3) into the main frame (1) using
the carriage bolt (46), arc washer (42) and the cap nut (47).

STEP 2:
a. Fix the handrail arm (4L/R) into the main frame (1) using the long axle
(12), bolt (57), spring washer (52), D washer (56) and washer (67).
NOTE: do not tighten firmly.
b. Fix the right pedal tube (6R) to the crank (27) using the bolt (62R), spring
washer (51) and nylon nut (48R). You can now fully tighten the bolt (57),
bolt (62R) and nylon nut (48R). Fix the left pedal tube (6L) using the
same means of assembly. Finally, put on the cap (68). Finally, put on the
caps (68/96).
NOTE: The right and left bolt (62L/R) are marked with “R” & “L” respectively.
The bolt (62R) should be threaded in a clockwise direction. The bolt (62L)
should be threaded in a counter clockwise direction. You can adjust the
crank, so it becomes easier to tighten the bolts.

STEP 3:
Attach the pedal (11L/R) to the pedal tube (6L/R) using the bolt (44) and
nylon nut (45).

STEP 4:
Attach the handrail (7L) to the handrail arm (4L) using the knob (17). Attach
the handrail (7R) using the same means of assembly. Finally, put on the
cap (71).
STEP 5:
Connect the sensor wire (26) to the upper sensor wire (37) and attach the
small tube (28) to the main frame (1) using knob (17). Then fix the vertical
tube (72) into the small tube (28) using the bolt (43) and big washer (41).
Finally, put on the cap (71).
