Results that fall outside these ranges may be confirmed by alternate methods.

As a reference, the STAR will display the
numerical values of some parameters when
they are slightly outside the Operating Ranges.
On the printout, these values will be highlighted
with double asterisks and marked as “**
Reference Result” below the area of results. On
the LCD display, these values will be flashing.
If the results are much farther outside
the Operating Ranges, the values will be
withheld and the phrase “Out of Operating
Range” will be printed on the printout
instead.
