Internal printer hardware error
1. Record the error message displayed on the LCD screen
2. Export the support file (Ref. page 2-8)
3. Pull the printer paper release lever towards the front of unit
(Ref. page 3-3)
4. Manually advance the paper using the manual advance wheel
(Ref. page 3-3)
5. If the paper advances, push the printer paper release lever to
lock the paper into place (Ref. page 3-3)
6. Power down the instrument (Ref. page 4-10)
7. Turn the instrument Power on (Ref. page 4-2)
8. If the error persists contact Technical Support
