is labeled as either a NOTE, CAUTION, or WARNING. These messages are formatted as shown below

NOTE

CAUTION
Information on an activity that potentially could cause damage to the
instrument or system is presented as a CAUTION.
WARNING
INFORMATION ON AN ACTIVITY THAT POTENTIALLY COULD CAUSE
INJURY TO THE USER IS PRESENTED AS A WARNING.
