Step 3: Insert Disk
If there is an existing disk in the drive, remove it.
Carefully place the update CD or DVD on the disk tray,
face (label-side) up. Press the disk down until it snaps
onto the tray (see Figure 5-7). Note: the CD label
should face to the rear of the FMV chassis.
