2.3 Installing applications
To ensure that all used programs are up to date,
the touch cash register is installed without ap-
plications. To install up-to-date versions you
can use Dotypos Marketplace, which can be
found on the desktop.
Open this application, tap on the button
IN-
STALL and install the Dotypos cash register
application first. If the cash register application
requires an authorization, confirm it.
After the Dotypos application you can even-
tually install other cash register applications,
e.g. Warehouse or Reservation. From now
on, the cash register applications will be up-
dated regularly using the Dotypos Marketplace
application.
We recommend performing the first download and update of the
cash register application when the cash register is connected to
the Wi-Fi network. Downloading individual applications or updating
packages may consume a large amount of data. If you have a lim-
ited mobile data plan, your data may run out.
